Employee Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

* Collaborates with the Manager as primary point of contact within and outside the organization on technical and administrative matters involving the company’s employee and labor-management functions.

IT Helpdesk Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for promptly logging and identifying all customer complaints in the Service Desk ticketing system and ascertain swift resolution;
* Properly escalate and coordinate reported incidents by following the escalation process defined for each campaign or program;
* Follow appropriate procedures for outstanding logged service desk tickets;
* All issues are logged, tagged, tracked, and resolved according to client (internal/external) SLA;

* Skill Requirement:
