Responsibilities:

Provides technical support to the internal and external sales force, wholesale customers, service people, retailers, and homeowners.
Assist customers, end users, and White-Rodgers personnel in the correct application, installation, operation and trouble-shooting procedures of White-Rodgers products.
Support customers’ technical queries concerning White-Rodgers products, services, and
customer policies through phone, e-mail and fax
Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
Log all calls with description of problem and solution.
Contribute to knowledge base by recording question-answer pairs
Adhere to ISO 9000 policies and procedures in the execution of daily responsibilities

Requirements:

Degree-holder, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2 years & above experience in the field of HVAC (heating, ventilation & air-conditioning) design, installation service, application or maintenance.
An understanding of electrical control circuit diagrams is a definite advantage.
Must be able to handle customer calls for technical support, through phone, email and fax. Receive both inbound calls and make outbound calls.
Can handle at least 10-30 calls per day based on season and position in queue
Able to communicate effectively and clearly in English
Able to support 9:00pm – 6:00 am Manila time work hours
Good to excellent computer skills
