Responsibilities:
* Supervision of the work of service support technicians
* Troubleshooting and solving software related problems
* Technical support to the clients
* Assistance in performing demonstrations to prospective clients
* Education of clients and internal staff on the use and basic maintenance of the Packaged Software
* Channel for feedback from the clients
Requirements:
* Male
* Bachelor’s Degree in any Computer Science or Engineering fields .
* 2 to 5 years experience as systems administrator
* Knowledgeable in Lotus Domino / Notes Implementation
* Proficient in MS Windows Server administration
* Working knowledge of database structures (Oracle, DB2 or MS SQL)
* Willing & able to train / manage technical group
* With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fast learner, results-oriented and self-sufficient
* Willing to be assigned in Manila
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering Full-Time positions available.
