Head of Central IT Operations (Manila)
In this role your responsibilities will include:
· Managing the ITG Central Operations of the offices to ensure successful ownership and support of applications for global company businesses on a 24×7 basis
· Promoting the operations support capability of the offices within the company, garnering new internal business where possible and practical
· Ensuring that requests from multiple businesses are dealt with efficiently such that all requests receive timely attention and service
· Developing a strategy and appropriate toolsets in conjunction with Head Office counterparts to ensure that multiple business units can be engaged simultaneously, and to define standard engagement models
· Developing and publishing of metrics by which the team’s success can be measured
creating relevant teams and an associated leadership and governance structure to enable support of multiple applications and services from the offices.

Minimum required experience:
· A university degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent
· At least 10 years of global application support experience in a financially related company
· A minimum of 5 years of related leadership experience in a similar role
· Experience of building pioneering teams and the migration of application support to an off
shore facility
· Demonstrable successful of support to a global community
· Strong knowledge related support and monitoring tools such as BMC Remedy and BMC Patrol.
Experience in the following would be considered an advantage:
Supporting applications within an investment banking environment.
