RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write documents to be used by English speaking service technicians, diagnosing and repairing printer products. Interact with RAS engineers, illustrators and service program management. Manage projects and schedules. Writes and revises technical information about company products i.e. operational, maintenance or repair manuals. Duties include gathering and organizing technical information, preparing text, and coordinating layout for printed or electronic publication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering graduate with English writing proficiency
- Must have at least one year experience in writing technical documents including any of the following: parts catalogs, troubleshooting manuals, or training guides
- Excellent communication & organization skills, with attention to detail
- Experienced with FrameMaker and Lexmark printer products is a plus
