RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Six Sigma Black Belt involve ensuring that Six Sigma practice is part of the culture of an account, to help continuously improve contract profitability / productivity and Customer Satisfaction. The role involves providing Six Sigma leadership for the account, conduct of six sigma training sessions, conduct of Six Sigma reviews, mentor Six Sigma projects (Green Belt and Yellow Belt) and maximize Six Sigma benefits in terms of productivity/quality improvement and financial savings.
* The role requires interacting with Six Sigma professionals globally and ensuring consistent deployment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Should have experience in Six Sigma, Process Improvement and Project Management
* Has worked in multi-cultural environments
* People Manager/Leader
* Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification
* Strong Project / Program Management background
* Strong influencing Skills
* Strong Analytical Skills and firm grounding in analytical techniques
* Strong Mentoring and Coaching Skills
* Excellent Communication Skills

* Eye for Details
* Strong facilitation and teaching skills
