Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, designing, proposing, managing, and growing all aspects of reporting and analysis. This position plays a strategic role in the generation and review of all performance metric reports and other tools, consistent with the Company standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree required, preferably Computer Science or other Business related courses.
* Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager from call centre/ debt collections environment doing reports and analyses
* Strong proficiency in MS Office
* Knowledge in Data Warehouse structure and usage; and other System Generating Reports
* Database reporting skills using Crystal Reports, SQL queries is a plus
* Must have strong analytical skills
* Able to work in fast paced environment where flexibility is the key and directions can change frequently.
* Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
* Self- starter, highly motivated, team player
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
