RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of support applications within the kgb call center environment.
* Program, test, debug and document all applications, adhering to departmental standards, policies and procedures.
* Development, support and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure systems including: Data Warehousing, Billing, HR & Reporting systems.
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in MIS , Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* 3+ years experience in application development utilizing Visual Basic, C# and ASP.Net required.
* Strong knowledge of relational database concepts (preferably Microsoft SQL 2000/2005) using stored procedures. Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications.
* Ability to interact effectively with end-users. Ability to interact effectively within a development team. Excellent organizational skills
* Experience working with third-party reporting tools (i.e Crystal Reports) is desirable. Prior work-related experience preferably in a call center or IT-related industry.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
