Responsibilities:
The Retail Monitoring group supports an end-to-end automated event monitoring infrastructure of business-aligned applications using a variety of tools including: Mercury Interactive’s Topaz, Tivoli Framework, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli NetView, Tivoli Enterprise Console, Tivoli Configuration Manager, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, and WebTrends. These are all feeding into production alerts and a custom management dashboard.

Requirements:

Candidate must be technically familiar with administration of UNIX and Windows Servers, and will preferably possess some Perl and shell scripting ability.
Experience with one or more of the following monitoring tools are required: Topaz, Tivoli, HP OpenView, and/or WebTrends.
