Responsibilities:
The Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for:
Managing Macquarie’s technology infrastructure
Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing existing business systems
Delivering and deploying new systems, technologies, and services
The Group provides each major business in Macquarie with a dedicated team that works closely with that business to understand its particular technology needs.
The Manila Resource Centre (MRC) based in Makati City, Metro Manila forms part of ITG’s strategic goal to offer first class IT support and development to the Macquarie group of businesses and since it’s inception in October 2007, the MRC has played a key role in the provision of ITG services to end users within the organisation.
We are currently seeking experienced office administrators to join our ITS Asset Management Team in Manila. Role responsibilities will include the following:
actioning licensed software queries, including deployment and assignment of licenses
resolving queries regarding hardware asset assignment, including asset creation and updates
processing of Telecoms invoices
liaising with the business regarding telecoms billing queries
assigning ownership of requests relating to Server Provisioning
Report Generation
Processing of Software and Hardware procurement orders
Working with the rest of the team regarding Asset Management tasks, and escalation of any issues
To be successful in this role you will have:
minimum Bachelor degree
previous experience in an office administration role
strong verbal and written communication skills
previous experience in a customer facing role
an awareness of the IT industry and basic IT concepts
experience using Microsoft Office, particularly a good understanding of excel including complex formulas and functions and some experience with basic data analysis
good follow through, accuracy and attention to detail
an eagerness to listen and understand tasks presented
solid understanding of problems and outcome expectations
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
