We are in need of a Senior BA to lead a small team of BA’s. This ideal candidate would have experience as a BA working for financial institutes in the area of Lending / Loans Origination.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in an IT related course or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience as Business Analyst in the area of Lending / Loans Origination
• Experience in defining business requirements, analysis and integration of information systems
• Must have experience in Use Case Analysis and UML
• Experience in writing functional requirements specifications and other technical documentations
• Experience in working directly with English speaking clients to elicit business requirements
• Proven ability to work with people in achieving results
• Proven ability to plan and organize workload, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
