ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Liaising extensively with external or internal clients;

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of 4 year Degree (Computer and Engineering Related Course)
2. 2 Years of systems analysis and design experience
3. Required skills:
· Proficient in SDLC and other Software Development Process
· Proficient in OOP Principles and UML
· Familiar in Microsoft .Net Technologies

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and proactive monitoring for in-house and vendor applications. Resolve or/and makes recommendations for remediation, if applicable

Work with vendor’s support organizations to escalation and resolve issues

Perform access control and security administration tasks

Perform configuration changes on vendor applications

Develop and automate tasks and solutions to ensure high-availability and low-maintenance of systems

Develop, monitor and support system interfaces between in-house and vendor applications

Configuring and designing OBIEE/Siebel Analytics metadata repositories including mapping data elements from various data sources, building the business model and mapping layer which may include hierarchies, dimensions, and aggregates, and finally the mapping of the presentation layer objects for Oracle BI Answers and Publisher
