Mainframe/DB2 Systems Engineer

The primary focus of this position is the enhancement, maintenance, and upgrades of the DB2. Candidates need to have vast experience installing DB2 as well as troubleshooting issues and working with the other groups to diagnose problems. Weekly the position will involve working on performance, tuning code and possibly CICS, and debugging any DB2 related code. The expectation on this position is that it will be the senior DB2 resources and candidates need to be able to take charge of issues and tasks as well as bring best practices from their past experiences.

* Build, configure and deploy new project infrastructure solutions
* Help select tools and write scripts for the automation of building and standard configuration of equipment
