* The IT Director will be responsible for providing strategic Technical Architecture and Infrastructure services to LTI Manila Operations team in support of their project initiatives and goals. This position will be recommending and assisting Operations with the implementation of best practices for the SDLC. The director will provide support to Operations in the form of proof of concepts, and actual assistance with client initiatives as appropriate. With regards to Infrastructure, this individual will cost out, procure, install and support various software and hardware resources for the Manila location. In addition, this individual will manage the IT Budget as it applies to all IT services, resources and activities.

Requirements:

* Candidate must have at least 7 years of professional software development experience
* 7+ years experience as a Project Manager/ Team Lead / Development Manager on a project
* Capable of managing multiple projects / tasks at a given time
* Excellent problem solving skills, creativity and innovation, highly analytical, excellent oral and written communication skills
* Knowledgeable of C# or C++, .NET and T-SQL programming
* Constantly in tune with developments in the IT Industry, current with competitive market info, and abreast with the advancements in R&D and other technologies, locally and internationally.
