*  Supervises sales output and over-all performance of Sales Department

* Assists Account Officers when closing a deal/sale with clients.
* Plans sales forecast monthly
* Prepares sales presentation
* Troubleshoots sales-related problem that arises
* Executes and implements marketing strategy.
* Responsible for the sale and distribution of all the products of the company and ensures that the market standing in the area is maintained and improved.
* Sources for new clients and/or activation of all inactive clients. Conducts initial client’s investigation and recommends credit lines for such client.
* Ensures that all existing clients of the company are maintained by conducting regular client visits and follow ups. Attends to client’s complaints, such as quality problems, delay in delivery and other problem that arises. Sees to it that these problems are settled immediately.
* Provides updated information in relation to the client’s product requirements, monthly consumption, delivery, and other concerns. Monitors competitor’s activities in his area of assignment particularly the pricing of their products. Recommends possible solutions to the Management.
* Records and lists down confirmed orders/delivery schedule in the order book.
* Prepares daily delivery schedule for easy monitoring of his clients’ product deliveries.
* Maintains and updates records of all clients. Makes necessary plans to prevent potential market decline.
* Prepares monthly sales forecast and ensures that this forecast is achieved.

Requirements:

* Graduate of any four (4) year course
* Preferably with experience in Sales - Retail/General
* At least two (2) years of work related experience as KEY ACCOUNT OFFICERS.
* Knows how to drive and familiar with Manila roads/routes
* Computer Literate
* Honest, Trustworthy, well organized and self motivator
* Can work under pressure
* With pleasing personality
* With good presentation and communication skills.
