Responsibilities:
* Web Support
o Designs and develops WebPages, promotional items, banners, etc. from simple to complex and/or animated pages
o Coordinates web functions and monitors web activities including Web Trends reporting
o Incorporates new technologies into website, identifies ways to improve ssite usability
o Provides enhancement and daily maintenance of existing websites
o Maintains a database of all web files, averaging from a minimum of 100 or more pages
o Manages a large file of architecture of entire client website
o Maintains consistency with the division corporate web standards and guidelines, and ensures this is the met across all pages
o Communications with the division POC on a regular basis via phone, Live Meeting and face-to-face; able to present project/web updates and recommend sound and valuable solutions
o Maintain documentation on web and related systems, upload and code documents
* Marketing/Leads
o Enter leads from marketing campaigns into database and run analysis reports as required
o Produce monthly/ quarterly/ yearly lead comparison reports
* Inbound Marketing/ Social Media
o Handles social media communications through the use of softwares like Constant Contact, blogging software and Twitter
o Produce analytical measurements of effectiveness of media
* Database Management
o Using Visual Basic build and maintain an experience database with front-end offering queries for customized search tool
o Other database management as assigned
* Training Materials
o Develops and updates training materials using Adobe Presenter
o Other presentation assignments as needed.
* Others
o Engages in a continued process improvement activities and initiatives with division POc and management
Requirements:
* B.A. or B.S. or similar (Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred). Would consider BS or BA in Business if the person also has web experience
* Must have strong IT and Computing and programming skills
* Must have at least one – two years working experience in web, Information Systems, or related field
* Experience in social media
* Graphic design capabilities for web and print
* Presentation production in Adobe Presenter a plus
* Overall strong computer skills
* Skills in MS Excel Macro Authoring and Share Point a plus
* Skills using MS Expression a plus
* Advanced knowledge in Excel, Access and other MS office applications
* Photoshop, In Design and/or Quark computer skills a plus
* Project mangement skills for assisting with design, programming, implemetation and support of an extranet development program
* Good analysis skills and problem solving
* Ability to think outside the box for project solutions
* Good communication skills – oral/written and Interpersonal/Communication
* Ability to follow detailed workflow/instructions with good attention to details
* Comfortable doing research via Internet

* Prepares monthly sales forecast and ensures that this forecast is achieved.
Requirements:
* Graduate of any four (4) year course
* Preferably with experience in Sales – Retail/General
* At least two (2) years of work related experience as KEY ACCOUNT OFFICERS.
* Knows how to drive and familiar with Manila roads/routes
