Responsibilities:

* Reports to: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
* Dept/Section: MANAGEMENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT; Direct Subordinate/s
* The position is responsible for maintaining overall health of systems and network infrastructure across the entire organization and providing technical support to clients and project participation as required.
* ?Supervises the various functional activities of the technical team as well as the data center such as LAN/WAN, Network Services and Voice Over IP (VOIP) (in the future) for the different area sites.
* ?Review and provides inputs to network designs to ensure adherence to TMC infrastructure standards and recommends approval for implementation.
* Sets-up, implements, administer, maintains and secures Primary Domain Controller under MS Windows 2003 Active Directory; Mail, Proxy, Firewall, Web, FTP, Router, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Database, Backup, File Server under Linux Platform.
* ?Provides recommends and implements technical solution to clients regarding internet connectivity, web mail, and security of the networks.
* ??Monitors e-Mail messaging to internal and external Domains (Internet), SMTP messaging.
* ?Physical and logical server monitoring including hardware, operating system and applications.
* ?3rd party toll support including device monitoring tools, remote control tools.
* ?Execute and follow-up any and all issues arising from operational checks, tasks and monitors.
* Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

* Minimal 5 years working experience on Information Technology – Network Administration.
* ?Strong architecture and technical skills and networking (LAN/WAN).
* Manage Linux server Backup / Restore.
* Samba server LAN/WAN.
* Mail Server VPN Tunnel.
* Proxy / Firewall VOIP Server.
* Anti-Spam / Anti-Virus Routers.
* Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Sr. Telecom Engineer

* Understand and fulfil the telecom requirements for Trend Micro PH contact center to support global customers
* Supervise vendors for maintain and sustain the Nortel PBX and Symposuim systems in AU, US and PH

REQUIREMENTS

* 3~4 years with PBX administration; Nortel and Symposium experience is preferred
* 2~3 years with PBX interconnection knowledge and VoIP practice
* 2~3 years of network/ VoIP administration experience
* Solid Cisco and Juniper product knowledge is desirable
* Good understanding of WAN, LAN, VPN, IPLC, MPLS concepts
* Formal ITIL or PMP training
* Call center and ACD/IVR design and engineer experience is a big plus
* General Microsoft OS and Office software skills are required
* Effective communicate in English at all levels is a MUST; other languages are desirable
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Great client management/ customer service skill

Wireless Network Analyst

* One or more years working on an IT help desk reviewing, working, and closing tickets.
* Substantial experience with Virtual Private Networks required.
