Responsibilities:

Evaluates, installs, implements and maintains all software products installed in all company’s computer units covering, but not limited to, systems and security software and applications, server based application software, desktop software and productivity tools, intranet and workgroup applications, internet based website and wireless technology solutions; and performs related functions.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Works with the users to define and validate specific information and data requirements to be addressed by a software solution.
2. Establishes software evaluation criteria and test data/scripts to determine software’s capability to address the information and data requirements defined.
3. Prepares a detailed implementation plan, deployment plan, training plan and complete documentation for each software product to be used.
4. Coordinates with software vendors or third party developers on the areas of design, evaluation, acquisition/development, installation and set up, and maintenance of all software products including company website(s).
5. Conducts thorough evaluation of software’s functionality and reports identified flaws/bugs to software vendors for each tested function or module.
6. Prepares software operating manuals for distribution to concerned users.
7. Evaluates latest software products available to address the company’s business processes’ improvement; recommends the most cost effective and efficient ones for implementation.
8. Maintains and keeps track of records of software installed in each PC and data servers.
9. Coordinates with user(s) to ensure that all important files, documents and databases have updated back-ups.
10. Conducts periodic software audits to ensure that only authorized software products are installed in each computer unit; deletes/reinstalls those not authorized by the company for business use.
11. Provides online telephone and onsite support assistance to all users when necessary.
12. Performs related functions as required from time to time.

Software Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES::

REQUIREMENTS:

The Software Architect is a mid-level position within the NetSuite Software Development team. This position works with NetSuite Product Managers and NetSuite Platform development team to deliver successful localized solutions built on top of the NetSuite platform. This role will work to implement requirements defined by NetSuite Product Management with a combination of system architecture and programming skills.

Qualifications:

* Skilled in integration approaches and strategies, preferably someone who has done work involving web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL), messaging.

* Very good understanding and has worked with client-side technologies like HTML, JavaScript, or Ajax and also backend technologies like SQL, JDBC.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions, resolve escalated development/troubleshooting issues, and get the final delivery done according to time constraints.

* Ability to quickly master new technologies.

* Ability to work independently.

* Experience with software localization and knowledge of several foreign languages preferred but not required.
