Job Scope and Objective:

You will be responsible for supporting technical operations, desktop, IT purchasing and helpdesk management to ensure effective and efficient use of hardware & software resources and their uninterupted availability to business users.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Install and troubleshoot desktop and server hardware and software in accordance with established standards (Linux/Unix and Microsoft)
2. Perform periodic hardware preventive maintenance and measure in ensuring the proper operation of PCs, Laptops and peripherals
3. Maintain hardware and software annual audit and apply security patches regularly
4. Implement security policy on PCs, Laptops and Servers
5. Coordinate with users and other IS team members in deploying new equipment and network systems
Coordinate with vendors and other 3rd party service providers

Requirements:

- At least a graduate of any engineering course or equivalent Information Technology certification.
- With minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Strong experience in Linux/Unix system admin, desktop support and local area network
- Background on Visual basic and Internet connectivity
- A team player with strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects & goals and detail- oriented
