There are multiple layers of work involved in Change Management and Communication:
* Strategic – Development of the Roadmap for CM and identification of new ways to be able to reach out to users of new and improved systems
* Planning – Development of the CM / C plans and getting the Business Owners’s approval
* Execution – Execution / Monitoring and Measurement of the plans and multiple projects
REQUIREMENTS
* 4 Years Experience in IT as Business Analysts in different IS Projects with experience in Change Management or Project Rollout
* Able to utilize current resources (systems, technologies etc) or search for new approaches/methods of doing work, and execute to ensure that all are goal directed solutions.
* Ability to work at all levels in the organization and with teams of people across the organization and outside the organization.
* Creative / Design Skills: The ability to custom design processes to meet the goals of the organization.
* A love of innovation and new ways of doing things.
* The ability to inspire people. To bring out the magic within every individual and every team.
