Client Services Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Acts as Project Manager for the implementation of new programs and expansion
* Manages change of business direction that could result to trimming the program’s size to program’s end of life
* Care for existing program’s changes, such as new products and services
* Serves as Client’s primary point of contact for concerns and issues regarding the program such as: performance, system’s issue, reporting, recruitment, training, planning for expansion
* Takes care of Client presentations, conducts program business review
* Participates in client visits in coordination with Sales & Marketing
* In charge of Account Management and is responsible for account’s profitability (P&L)
* Reviews and responds timely to emails from clients, productions and support functions
* Reviews service levels and end-day reports of all programs to check performance.
* Analyses reasons for not meeting expectations and informs clients via email or conference call
* Facilitates client conference calls, calibration sessions and when needed, follow-up payment from clients

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicant must be capable in providing analytical support and recommendation for staffing resources to meet client objectives such as service levels, occupancy, cost per call and quality.
* Well-versed on handling / managing high-end technical accounts.
* Profecient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 2000)
* Possess Negotiation, Time management and Organizational skills
* Excellent leadership skills, client relations management skills,oral and written communication skills
* Knowledgeable in Project management, Financial forecasting and analysis, Call forecasting validation, Contract review or validation and Root cause analysis and strategy planning
* Applicants must be willing to work both in Makati and Quezon City, should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status and is open to be assigned in shifting schedules particularly graveyard shift
* Preferably assistant manager / managers specializing in Project Management / Business Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time position available.
