Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
* Required language(s): English
* Familiarity with mobile devices and mobile consumer products is an advantag
* Full-Time positions available.

TECHNICAL CRITERIA:

* 2-year IT/Tech education (undergraduate shall be considered) + 1 year call center experience (non technical account is okay)
* 6-month technical account contact center experience – IT education is not required
* 2-year IT/Tech education (undergraduate shall be considered) + 6-month experience in an IT Services company (call center experience not required)
