Responsibilities:
* Develop and design a new website for online marketing efforts and provide additional flash animation according to needs
* Manage and continually improve the website so that it is content-rich, easy to navigate, engaging for visitors and consistent with our brand.
* Maintain web pages which require a combination of graphics, animation, video, sound and or content.
* Deliver design-based solutions for ongoing site improvements in functionality and content.
* Identify and coordinate innovative ways to engage with customers online.
* Provide animation services for other marketing vehicles.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* Candidate must have adepth knowledge in web design, flash animation and web development
* Proficient with various web and graphic applications needed for web development, eCommerce and electronic communication (Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript).
* Tech-savvy with understanding of site functionality, site architecture, data flow and navigation schemes.
* Strong concept-developing experience on websites, online ads and interactive flash presentation.
* Ability to coordinate web efforts with the team.
* Fluent in English, written and oral communication skills.
* At least (1) year experience in web/flash development
* Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution.
* With excellent customer service orientation and good attitude towards superiors
* Well developed problem solving skills
* With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
