Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s):
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Competent knowledge of the Employment Act and other labor legislation
* Extensive HR experience across all major functions (Recruitment/Selection, Training/ Development, Performance Management, Reward, Succession Planning, Communications, Organization Design & Development, Employee Relations)
* Sound knowledge of compensation theories and practices
* Basic knowledge of PC software applications
