RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Description: Home Loan Servicing, under the umbrella of retail loan servicing, caters to more than 5 million homeowners nationwide. As of March, 2006, retail loan servicing employs approximately 4,800 staff in four sites, across the U.S. and Manila. Retail Loan Servicing includes the following functional specialties: Core Servicing (responsibility for Investor relationships, and the transaction based activities of Servicing- statements, taxes, escrow, insurance), Loan Transfer & Document Management- LTDM (responsibility for loan transfer, lien release, records management and imaging, document custody, Home Equity Servicing, and internal control), and Customer Care (responsible for the Call Centers, Research, GCC and Escalations). The Retail Loan Servicing call centers in Monroe, LA, Columbus, OH and Manila, Philippines, together answer an average of 55,000 calls per day.

Provide Top-Notch Customer Service to Chase Home Finance customers. Customers include homeowners, investors, insurance carriers, taxing authorities, lawyers and other 3rd party callers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
