Inbound Customer Service Representatives (Alabang)
(Alabang, Cavite, Las Piñas, Laguna)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Customer Service Representative deals with general customer care concerns and queries.

REQUIREMENTS:

·          We are looking for candidates who have completed at LEAST 2 years of college from any course.

·          Excellent communication skills in English.

·          We need candidates who are familiar with basic computer operations

·          Candidates must be amenable to work on shifting schedules and locations, and must be willing to work on extended hours.

·          Must be near or willing to be based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

·          Having a previous call center background is an advantage

·          Has an ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries

·          Has strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively

·          Full time positions ONLY.

·          Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
