Information Risk Analyst – SOX
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* As an Information Risk Analyst for Retail IT Risk you will be part of the Sarbanes Oxley IT testing team, responsible for the performance of IT SOX testing against in-scope applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include testing design, quality assurance reviews, and execution, and partnering with IT teams to identify and correct deficiencies. Additional duties include the generation/maintenance/development of reporting as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline
* 2+ year’s industry or related job function experience.
* Advanced understanding of information technology control policies
* Advanced understanding of the financial services business
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively interact with technology teams to identify and resolve control issues.
* Strong analytical mind and approach to problem solving.
* Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite including Visio, Excel, Access, and Project
* Familiar with both client server and internet technology projects.
* An understanding of high-level system and business architecture.
* Detail-oriented on all assigned tasks
* Ability to take a risk-based approach to assessments and identified deficiencies
* CISA or CISSP certification (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in managing small projects
* Advanced PC skills including demonstrated experience with SQL
* Application development experience is a plus
* Previous experience in managing/engineering heterogeneous networks, databases, and operating systems is a plus
