Information Systems Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Pasay)
Responsibilities:
1. Works with a team to develop and implement systems by followingprogramming standards and CASE methodology. Creates program moduleon Oracle and other development software, evaluate and use of wide rangeof software on different platforms that provide solutions to businessrequirements.
2. Leads or become member of a project unit composed of multifunctionalstaff to accomplish a project.
3. Creates stage development cycle to develop a system: data gathering,user requirement definition, analysis, design, development, testing anddevelopment.
4. Develops applications based on defined systems architecture standard andmethodology.
5. Reviews and discuss with business user group the system scope andfunctionality.
6. Resolves issues with business user on the projects being handled.
7. Creates simple, flexible, scalable and quality programs.
8. Ensures on time report project completion and implementation.
9. Takes initiative in developing innovative technical solutions that providebenefit to the project being handled.
10. Prepare documentations (user requirements specification, technical manual(DFD/ERD), data dictionary, user acceptance test script, user’s manual).
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
1 year experience using any of the following software development tools or its equivalent: Oracle Developer 2000, Designer 2000, Java, Visual Basic, MS Access
