Responsibilities:
* Will head the IT section, manage and supervise IT Support Staff and implement the company’s IT policies and procedures.
* Primary responsibility is the maintenance of the company’s IT assets including local area network, internet connectivity, telephony and VoIP systems, servers and desktop workstations.
Requirements:
* at least 2-3 years as IT Officer/ IT Lead, preferably in a contact center environment.
* In depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
* Network infrastructure and server administration including backup and disaster recovery planning
* Intimate knowledge of Open Source Telephony/VoIP such as Asterisk etc.
* Familiarity with call center technologies such as predictive dialers, communications servers
* People management
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
