Java Architect
(National Capital Reg – Bonifacio, Global City – Taguig)

Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and definition of an enterprise architecture.
* Researching, analyzing, designing, proposing and delivering solutions which are appropriate for the business and technology strategies.
* Acts as visionaries to proactively engineer the technical architecture (network, security, data, etc.)
* Identification of major system interface, development of module reuse on enterprise wide scale.
* Performs system analysis and design, system modeling, performance modeling, integration planning and technology, and component selection to ensure architectural consistency and coherence between technical and business process.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* With at least 5 years of solid work experience in the related field is required for this position
* Expert in Java development with experience in real-time, concurrent, multi-threaded systems.
* Experience on using and implementing Core J2EE Design Pattern.
* Experience on complex enterprise scale web based systems.
* Experience of the following is required: Hibernate and Spring development model and AOP, EJB, JEE APIs, UML, Eclipse, Apache Tomcat, JPOS, JUnit, UNIX / LINUX, decoupled system design experience.
* Self starter, can work with a team, strong communication skills with business partners and IT community
* Experience in mentoring Java programmers
* Experience in Web Services and SOA design and implementation
* Experience in Banking System is an advantage
* Professional certification such as Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) is an advantage
