JAVA/J2EE DEVELOPERS
(National Capital Reg – Makati)
Responsibilities:
•Minimum 2 years front and/or back-end applications development experience using Java and/or J2EE, JSP, Spring, Struts, HIBERNATE, JBOSS.
•MYSQL database development experience.
•Full SDLC experience preferably in an AGILE environment.
•Development of on-line retailing applications including inventory, warehousing, distribution etc. will be highly regarded as will experience developing applications for offshore based clients.
•Exposure to content management systems is also a plus.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): JBoss, Velocity, Lucene, Java, JSP, J2EE.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
The successful candidates should be passionate about technology, demonstrable through their understanding of internet based trade and social networking phenomena such as eBay, MySpace, Twitter etc. As the client is based in Australia, they should also have excellent English verbal and written skills. As a key part of our clients technology team, you will be expected to hands-on contribute to and challenge the client’s technology strategies.
These roles will require some travel to the client site in Sydney, Australia. Successful candidates must be of good health and possess a valid passport with no travel impediments.
