Offshore FLASH-Interactive Media & Applications Developer
(National Capital Reg – Mandaluyong City)
Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing Flash Animation /Design using ActionScript 3
* Designing and implementing modular and highly-performing server-side game logic
* Designing and implementing database schema and access mechanisms
* Strong advocate during concept and design phases
* Design web and applications mechanics and balance
* Write, test and debug User Interface code for our products
* Programming tasks directly related to User Interfaces
* Liaise with designers, producers and artists to implement new UI features
* Ability to write clear, clean, readable, portable, reliable, and manageable code
Requirements:
* 3 to 5 + years of web development experience including HTML/CSS, JavaScript and XML
* 3 to 5 + years of interactive development in Flash, Eclipse/FDT, or Flex
* Expert level ActionScript programming (AS2 & AS3)
* Strong skills in Object Oriented Programming
* Must be familiar with PHP and MySQL
* Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Art Directors/Designers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Proven ability to participate in multiple, concurrent projects
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science or related field
* Experience with Flex/AIR a plus
* Experience with AJAX a plus
* Experience with ASP or Java a plus
* Experience with web services, databases, and SQL a plus
* Ability to quickly prototype and iterate towards production-level quality
