KM Senior Engineer

* Always updated on the latest information on the ENT or SMB products
* Maintains and expands working knowledge of ENT or SMB Trend Micro products
* Drive KB solution creation and review
* Help improve KB content effectivity by promoting and creating Self-service solutions
* Collaborate with Technical Support, RD, and Product Management in identifying Top product Call drivers and Hot Issues and help formulate solutions to address them
* Identify product and malware knowledge gaps that drives customer support requests as well as formulate solutions to address them
* Drives the setting up and moderation of the TS Online Community
* Promote knowledge sharing among TS, RD, AM, and PM teams
* Conduct regular KB content reviews

REQUIREMENTS

* Has experienced Trend Micro Tech Support preferably ENT or SMB products
* Sharepoint or Web experience is a plus
* Contact (call) center / Systems/ Network administration / Technical support experience (2+ years)
* Excellent English communication skills
* Fast learner and loves to share knowledge
* With positive outlook/attitude
* Has experience in Network and/or Systems Administration and Troubleshooting (at least two years)
* TCP/IP administration
* Customer-oriented
