Responsibilities:
Manual Test Leads
• 4-6 yrs software testing experience
• Must be able to analyze functional specifications and designing test plans and strategies
• Must be able to lead small-to-medium sized project teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
• Must be able to define the test approach and ensure its successful implementation
• Track and report testing activities and provide testing metrics
• Check the timely delivery of milestones
• Verify the content and structure of all testing documents and reports
• Be able to motivate team members
• Experience in the construction and execution of test cases and test scenarios
Manual Test Engineers
• 2-4 yrs of software testing experience
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Knowledge on the testing process and strategies
• Knowledge on test management tools like HP Quality Center, Rational Test Manager, etc.
• Experience in the construction and execution of test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, investigate, report, and track defects by providing detailed defect reports
• Be able to resolve issues with the developers
• Communicate test results, as well as errors or issues discovered during the testing phase
• Prepare the test environment and test data
• Provide status reports of testing activities and provide detailed evaluations and recommendations based on the test results
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, resourceful, flexible, and has the ability to work independently
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
