Responsibilities:
* Define business requirements and develop system specifications to solve business problemsRecommend equipment modifications, when needed
* Define programming requirements
* Consult on the implementation of systems business requirements
* Develop documentation and support the lifecycle with business knowledge through implementation
Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT related degree
* At least two (2) years of business systems analysis and design
* At least two (2) years of solid experience in the following – Business requirements gathering, Business requirement/Gap Analysis, Test Specifications Preparation, Issue & Change Request, Coordination/Management, System/Integration/User Acceptance Testing, System Documentation and Business User Coordination
* Experience in analysis and solving business problems via development and implementation of business applications
* Knowledge and experience in full life cycle methodologies
* Negotiation, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of business analysis techniques
* Experience in Insurance, Finance, Accounting indiustries an advantage
