Responsibilities

* Customer Care Specialists (Voice and Non-Voice) are responsible for providing excellent customer service by phone, email or chat for IBM’s various global accounts.

Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills
* Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
* Completed at least 3 years of college education in any course, or completed a diploma/certificate course
* Previous work experience in sales (consultative selling, up-selling, cross-selling) is a strong advantage
* Strong customer service orientation with great problem solving and decision-making skills
* Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Fresh graduates or those without previous related work experience are also welcome to apply
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

We offer a premium for previous contact center experience.
