Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the administration of the company’s Datacenter hosting servers and related equipments
* Maintain maximum availability in terms of hardware and application
* Provide support for backup and recovery, file backup and recovery and disaster recovery services
* Provide support and troubleshooting of server & storage hardware and software issues
* Work with outside resources to install, upgrade and recommend current datacenter technologies to provide maximum resource availability, integrity and flexibility
* Coordinate with local IT Services Providers and Vendors
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Must have worked on product specific like Windows Server, and Backup Servers
* Knowledge of basic networking concepts, client-server architecture, knowledge of antivirus, server software/hardware setup and back up
* Quick study with an ability to easily grasp new technologies, software/hardware and IT
* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting PCs is an advantage
* Should have technical analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Should be multi tasking, possess good Interpersonal skill and Project Management skill/documentation skill
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
