* Duties Include:

* – coordinate with accountant / filing of taxes / management of capital
* – coordinate with messenger
* – coordinate with lawyer on corp and hr issues as needed
* – manage hiring process
* – manage employee contracts
* – manage employee review process
* – manage health plan
* – crisis resolution
* – manage physical space and coordinate equipment purchasing / maintenance
* – complete detailed weekly status reports
* – coordinate overall workflow /processes with US office
* – retain paperwork in an organized manner
* – escalate personnel issues to the US management team
* – sign checks prepared by accountant
* – obtain and manage office lease
* – enter time and task detail into time tracking system daily (and review employee’s entries)
* – identify and communicate all new tasks to the Bootstrap management team as they are identified
