Responsibilities:
• Manage and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Build dynamic seo-friendly websites from the ground up and duplicate the process to other sites.
• Debug and optimize existing code from other programmers and software like Joomla or WordPress.
• Responsible for internal development servers and external web servers.
• Develop new features, integrate existing systems.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a formal degree in Programming or at least 5 years equivalent work experience in PHP e-commerce, consumer or b2b website.
* Posses understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility concerns.
* Posses understanding of database scheme, normalization and optimization.
* Experience in building database driven applications and websites.
* Exposure to object-oriented languages and stored procedures.
* Proficiency on the following:
- Web Development (Linux, Apache, PHP / MySQL / Java / Oracle / PostgreSQL
- Website Design (xHTML, CSS, Photoshop)
- Content Management System (Joomla, WordPress, Magento, Drupal)
General Requirements:
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* Must possess strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction and knowledge transfer to teammates
* Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.
* Must be detail-oriented and can work with a team under minimal supervision
* Must be able to meet deadlines.
* Applicants must be willing to work night shift.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center.
* Full-Time positions available.
