Responsibilities:
* Responsibilities
* • Responsible for the development, maintenance, modification, and debugging of programs.
* • Will be member of support team that is expected to review system logs, monitor system health and perform other activities to maintain systems.
* • Continual improving and tweaking of the systems are necessary to keep the systems in an optimal state.
* • Will provide input into the supportability of the design, and preparing the support team with the ability to support the system after launch.
* • Administer, Maintain, tune and troubleshoot the systems and applications.
* • Understand impact of the design performance, supportability, reuse and cost.
* • Through all supported systems, ensure testing and processes are followed throughout tiered environment (development, staging, production).
* • Work with 3rd party application vendor for support
Requirements:
* General Requirements:
* • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* • With at least 2 years experience as Applications Developer (PHP/HTML/MySQL, JavaScript)
* • Team player, Can work alone without supervision or a part of a team of developers
* • Able to work independently and effectively
* • Portfolio of previous work required but not a must
* Technical Skills Requirements:
* • PHP developer should be knowledgeable in developing custom, dynamic, database-driven website.
* • Having vast knowledge in PHP, MySQL, etc.
* • Must know how to manipulate existing codes
* • Solid experience in content management system (CMS)- osCommerce, Joomla, Magento, Drupal etc., collaborative networking systems, shopping carts, portals and most important online business application development & Programming Languages i.e.
* 1. PHP (required)
* 2. MySQL (required)
* 3. AJAX (not required but nice to have)
* 4. Javascript (required)
* 5. HTML, Objective C/ C++ & CSS
* • Knows how to create and integrate web services
* • Payment Processing API Integration such as Paypal, Authorize.net, 2checkout, WorldPay, etc. is a plus.
