Responsibilities:
* End-to-end technical delivery of software that constitutes the company’s enterprise product suite and its support systems.
* Full technical design, programming and deployment work in a team environment. Also some minor technical support responsibilities as part of the post-deployment and operations phase.
* Participating in product development sessions with business analysts and other stakeholders as part of the requirements and design phases.
* Participating in the deployment phase with QA and other stakeholders to successfully release functionality into the production environment.
* Contributing to the evolution and extension of the technical architecture and design behind the company’s enterprise product suite. Refining the technical architecture of the company’s enterprise product suite through versioned and dot releases.
* Adhering to the company’s SDLC, including producing proper technical design documents as well as implementation documentation and build notes.
* Ensuring the technical quality of the Company’s enterprise product suite by both adhering to industry best practices in design and implementation as well as diligently rectifying product defects as required.
* Meeting quality and dateline metrics for the delivery of software. Working on more than a single development project at any given time may be expected.
* Continuously work to improve the Company’s SDLC and product development methodology in collaboration with IS and other departmental stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
* 12 Full-Time positions available.
* A minimum of 5 years software development is required, including substantial work on the design of the technical architecture for web-based (SaaS) solutions.
* At least 4 years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies and platforms, including Windows Server, BackOffice, IIS and SQL Server.
* A minimum of 4 years in using the .NET Framework, including C# and ASP.NET, in the development of enterprise SaaS solutions. Also, development experience with stored procedures and triggers in an enterprise RDBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle.
* Knowledge of Use Cases and UML is preferred.
* Knowledge of design patterns and other industry implementation and design best practices is strongly preferred.
* Experience mentoring programmers, especially in a project environment is preferred.
* Experience working in a technology environment with established SDLC processes, especially an iterative methodology is preferred.
* Experience working in a standardized development environment that includes version control, development and production networks, build processes and automated test tools is required.
