Responsibilities:
* Provides leadership to the software development team, executes software engineering plans, manages schedules, resource allocations, employee development and coaching.
* Responsible for all in-house software development, implementation and maintenance of all applications in compliance to company’s development methods and standards
* Provides architectural and technical guidance to software product development and is expected to participate in all stages of the software development cycle
* Debug , fix , troubleshoot and refine programs developed based on unit testing results.
* Provide technical support to the system users.
* Provide documentation of developed programs.
* To actively contribute to improvement programs and will take responsibility for delivery of part or all team initiatives.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Proficient in MS Visual FoxPro.
* Have working experience with the system development life cycle from analysis through test and deployment.
* Data Base administration, Website Maintenance, Support of Implemented Systems.
* Good working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000/2005 and ASP.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows networks and domains.
* Experience in Visual Basic is a plus
* Knowledge Object Oriented Programming (OOP) is a plus
* Knowledge of .NET Web development is an advantage.
* Knowledge of source code management and configuration management
* Strong analytical and design skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivation and discipline, ability to multi-task.
