Responsibilities:
* The Systems Engineer is responsible for maintaining, configuring, troubleshooting, and investigating all Data Systems Hardware and Software products located throughout EMEA, in order to meet operational and client requirements. The Systems Engineer will take escalated incidents from the Service Desk and resolve within agreed SLA’s. The Systems Engineer will work with the Data Specialist teams to implement new Data Infrastructures.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be at least a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), preferred.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Windows Email environment, 2nd/3rd line technical support experience in a large, multi-site Windows Exchange environment is required for this position.
* Candidate must have proven ICT skills in the Data \ Server field with a service orientated attitude.
* Previous call center experience in the same capacity will be an advantage.
* Must be willing to provide 24×7 availability on a rotational basis.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
