Responsibilities:
* data gathering with users to get their requirements
* prepare functional design and technical design of the system
* prepare database design
* reviews specs with developers
* conduct code reviews
* codes some parts of the system
* leads the users in user acceptance testing
* conduct user training
* implement the system
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): uml diagramming, Database Design, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, OOAD.
* Candidate should have a keen eye for details but can also see the overall picture of the system
* Preferably with prior experience in developing business applications on HR, Timekeeping & Leaves from start to end.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
