PHP Applications Programmer
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
* The design, documentation, implementation and deployment of the core business applications
* Assist with maintenance and support of products and applications
* Collaborate with the operations and development teams in overseas
* Research and propose innovative systems and client solutions
* Mentor clients, partners and internal staff
* Develop strategy for the in house products
* Prepare application architecture, specifications and other supporting documentation.
* Also looking for Junior Developer / Support Role. Those with 1+ years experience are welcomed to apply as well.
* Experience in all or some of the following areas will be an advantage:
* • Code versioning (CVS, Subversion…)
* • Bug Tracking Systems (Mantis, Bugzilla)
* • Web Services/RPC & System integrations
* • Automated testing tools & Test Case Management
* • Templating (Smarty…)
* • AJAX (jQuery, DoJo)
* • Experience in Joomla CMS
* • SugarCRM
* • Linux Administration (Debian, Apache, Samba, LDAP)
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 2+ years experience in PHP development
* Solid experience in databases i.e MySQL
* OO design patterns experience
* Strong database design & reporting skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Required language(s): English.
