* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* 3+ years of overall quality management, software quality assurance and/or software engineering experience, with exposure to the full product development cycle (from requirements to post-release)
* Has performed process and product quality audits, and managed non-conformances associated with organization and project audits
* Has thorough knowledge and experience in CMMI-Dev implementation and/or participated in a CMMI appraisal as an appraisal team member.
* Knowledge in other Quality Initiatives such as Six Sigma and ISO will also be helpful.
* Thorough knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word and Excel
* Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
