Project Manager
(Central Luzon, National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Prepares design and detailed cost estimate for projects based on clients requirement.
* Presents the proposed design and cost estimate to the client for approval/acceptance.
* Executes design revisions and cost adjustments based on the agreed terms and conditions as stated on the contract or Purchase Order of the client.
* Generates purchase requisition and request  for manpower required for the project.
* Qualify/hire sub-contractors that may be required on the project.
* Coordinates with VP Engineering regarding the details of the plan and schedule of work.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial,material and manpower support for the project.
* Monitors/control the delivery of materials intended for the project.
* Monitors/control the activities of the CAD operators/draftsmen and Project Engineers assigned on the project.
* Provides technical support to Sales Department whenever necessary.
* Attend to client meetings to discuss progress,problems, concerns regarding the project.
* Monitors progress of the project until it’s completion.
* Provide management with reports to facilitate collection of downpayments and progess billing.
* Reports to the Chairman and CEO in coordination with VP Engineering.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Board passer is an advantage.
* Male, fluent in English and Filipino
* Minimum computer literary on Microsoft word and excel. Knowledge in CAD is an advantage.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Experience in design and cost estimation for a water and wastewater treatment system is also an advantage.
* Must know how to drive and with a professional drivers license.
* Full-Time position is available.
