Sales Engineer (GPMD)

Responsibilities:
* To market the portfolio of products in the company’s catalogue to the assigned customers effectively and efficiently achieve the stipulated individual Key Performance Measures (KPM).
* To contribute to achieving individual annual sales target set for the sales team.
* To play a mentorship role in imparting product knowledge, selling skill and situational handling knowledge to Sales Engineers.
* To actively participate as a team player and to leverage on the company’s resources and capabilities to deliver service excellence to our customers.
* Work closely with the Telesales Team for territory Sales & KPM development.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* With at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in managing industrial distributors or resellers in a multi-national environment is required for this position.
* Preferably an experienced employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
* Must be able to plan, co-ordinate and execute sales activities and programmes consistently with the overall strategic development of teh business.
* Possess good planning skills in terms of meeting objectives and timelines.
* Mature and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
* Must have a strong analytical skills and be results-oriented.
* Must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
