Responsibilities:
• Operational Support Activities
• Coordination and conduct of application testing (new support packages, releases, functionality and customizing)
• Design, specification, test and implementation of template changes
• Evaluation, test, implementation and verification of change requests
• Maintain appropriate documentation
• Second level application support activities
• Rolling out of global standards and templates to region and country within functional area
• Contribute to global SAP Functional roadmap from a regional perspective
• Liaise with local and regional super-users
• Participate in global knowledge sharing activities within functional area
• Participate in validation workshops
• Participate in project work
• Conduct hands-on training to super- and end-users
• Resolve support issues assigned
• Participate in local and regional departmental meetings
• Cost efficient design, implementation and roll-out based on proven technologies
• Templates meet agreed requirements within time and allocated tim
• Keeping up to date with technology
• Adherence to global templates and standard SAP functionality
• Customization reduced to a minimum
• 24/7 highly efficient yet customer oriented support
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must have experience in 4.7 Enterprise, XI, HR, GRC, Basis, Authorization
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
