ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for system analysis; includes (but is not limited to) the following:
2. Interview customer(s) to determine needs
3. Define and document application/solution requirements
4. Estimate costs, and determine ROI and financial impacts of implementing application/solution
5. Determine completeness of application/solution and facilitate UAT
6. Deploy application/solution and facilitate training delivery
7. Organize and maintain a change board (when appropriate) and act as SME for application/solution
8. Analyze business opportunities and requests so as to determine IT system requirements. Comprehend requirements from other Sykes organizations, including finance, HR, operations, sales, etc. Evangelize IT solutions and applications to customer base and sales force.
9. Responsible for analysis and deployment of application/solutions of high complexity and impact to the overall business of the company. Determine and recommend best possible technical solutions for a given situation.
10. Responsible for the management of customer relations (internal and Client) and expectations; includes (but is not limited to) the following:
i. Document, communicate and resolve application/solution needs and issues
ii. Organize and facilitate application/solution reviews and demonstrations
iii. Facilitates end-user and administrative training for applications/solutions
11. The Sr Business Analyst will be responsible to mentor and coach Business Analyst levels

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of 4 year Degree (Computer and Engineering Related Course)
· Minimum of 5 Years systems analysis and design experience
· Strong system and business analysis experience
· An in-depth appreciation of IT and its utilization
· An in-depth appreciation for the inbound call center industry
· Knowledge of inbound call center operations and metrics
· Ability to understand and provide insight system architectures
· IT analysis skills and the ability to translate these skills into Microsoft .Net architectures
· Ability to create, comprehend, and convey use cases
· Ability to create, comprehend, and convey logical system and state diagrams
· Ability to document and maintain software requirements
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
· Ability to lead and supervise technical and operational project teams
· Bachelor’s desired. 5+ years experience required.
