Senior Human Resources and Development Manager

Responsibilities:
* Manage the whole gamut of HR functions to the corporate, support and operations group.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): human resources, employee relations, training.
* Preferred skill(s): recruitment, compensation and benefit management, HRIS.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
