Responsibilities:
* Overseeing of all the tasks related to the development of the assigned project
* Compliance to the project timetable
* Compliance to the project specification and design
* Compliance to the software code standards
* Compliance to the documentation standards
* Conformance of project development process to the quality system
* Measurement of the productivity and technical vitality of all team members
* ?Coordination and execution of technical functions as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
* ? Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering or related courses
* ? Good Scholastic record
* ? Proficient in English language and Nihonggo
* Knowledgeable in JAVA.
* At least 2 years experience in software development, including the tasks below
* Oversees all the tasks related to the development of the assigned project
* Performs tasks of a Project Leader or Lead Developer to ensure the following:
* Project is Executed According to Schedule
* Software is Built According to the Requirements, Design, and Coding standards
* Documentation is Developed according to Company Standards
* Monitors the productivity and technical vitality of all team members
* Coordinates and does technical functions as assigned by the Supervisor
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
